A Varsity Swim & Dive meeting will be held in Coach MacKenzie's room (242) after school (3:00pm) on September 16th.

All athletes are asked to attend practice on Thursday.  We will be doing some team building activities as well as practicing team cheers after practice.

Athletes are asked to dress up (spirit wear isn't in so this is our only option this week) during the school day on Friday.

Please meet in the Gym lobby no later than 7:15 pm on Friday.  All athletes are required to ride the bus to and from the meet unless other arrangements have been approved by the coaching staff.

Pictures are scheduled for Monday @ 3:10 in the gym.  Everyone needs to bring their team jacket (if you don't have one yet they will be distributed out on Friday after school with the team bags).  Female swimmers and divers you'll be wearing your jackets and black leggings.  Male swimmers and divers you'll be wearing your jackets and jeans.  Pictures for buttons will take place right after the team photo in the gym.  Forms will be distributed at practice or can be picked up in my room (242) during the school day.

Concussion Impact testing:  All freshmen and juniors (and those new to the team who've never tested) are required to do concussion impact testing with the athletic trainers.  We've been given the Monday (11/19) 4:30 pm slot.  It's after pictures so you don't need to worry about missing practice.  Divers I know coach Pettis is planning on having practice after pictures so more than likely you'll need to schedule an individual time with the trainers to complete the testing.  I know this isn't necessarily the best time, but it's better than any of the other options available.
