2022 Chantilly Boys Tennis

All students interested in trying out must have all their paperwork turned in by Monday Feb. 14th. This includes: Registering in R-School, VHSL Physical, Concussion Ed Completion, Emergency Care Card filled out, and Vaccination Card or Exemption turned into the Activities Office. After February 14th the sign-up sheet will be disabled and you will no longer be able to sign up for the Chantilly Boys Tennis Team for the 2022 Season.

 

Tryouts will be 3 days minimum and are open to all eligible students. Tryouts will start promptly at 3:00 and will last until approximately 4:30. Times might vary each day depending on weather and access to facilities.

Before tryouts please complete the following sign-up form HERE so your Coaches can gather the necessary contact information. Tryouts start Monday, February 21st at 3:00 PM on the Tennis Courts. You MUST have everything completed and turned in to Tryout!

Have you handed in a hard copy of your VHSL Physical form?  The form can be found here:  VHSL 2022 Physical Form. Hard copies can be scanned as on PDF and emailed to kabishop@fcps.edu or dropped off at Door 1 at Chantilly High School. You can also mail the physical to the Attention of the Activities Office 4201 Stringfellow Rd. Chantilly VA 20151

 

Have you completed the FCPS online Athlete Registration?  This new system is designed by FCPS to allow you to complete the following: Emergency Care Card, Concussion Education. ALL of these are required of athletes. Use this link to connect with the system  FCPS Athlete Registration. Instructions are included on the site.

 

Every player MUST have a fully completed VHSL Physical, Emergency Care Card, Proof of Covid vaccination, and both players and parents must complete Concussion  Courses. You will not be able to attend tryouts without these 4 items completed.

 

FCPS Covid Policy: Over age 16 must be vaccinated or have a religious/medical exemption, If athlete has a religious/medical exemption they must be tested weekly. Under 16 must be vaccinated and provide proof to the Activities Office or be tested weekly.
