Girls Basketball!!!! Tryout schedule for the week

TRYOUT SCHEDULE

Tuesday November 6th

Varsity Girls - 2pm - 4pm at Chantilly High school

Junior Varsity and Freshman Girls - 4pm - 6pm at Chantilly High School

Wednesday November 7th

Varsity Girls - 4:15 - 6pm at Chantilly High School

Junior Varsity and Freshman - NO TRYOUTS

Thursday November 8th

Varsity Girls 4:15 - 6pm at Chantilly High School

Junior Varsity and Freshman - 4:30 - 6pm at Rocky Run Middle School

Paperwork Turn In

All players are required to have the following paperwork turned in prior to Monday November 5th in order to participate in tryouts: (Liinks to these documents can be found at "Team Files" tab)

1. VHSL Physical form

2. Completion of Concussion Education both parents and player (each year) http://www.fcps.edu/supt/activities/athletics/index.shtml

3. Emergency Care Card

4. Extra-curricular Participation Policy

5. Insurance - All athletes must be covered by insurance. Personal health insurance is sufficient. However, if you do need to purchase insurance provided by the school and county the following link should help. http://www.fcps.edu/supt/activities/athletics/forms.shtml
