Chantilly High School will be hosting its annual Sports Physical Night on Wednesday, June 5^th 2019. Registrants will report to Door 2 for check-in and will be seen by qualified Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapists, and Sports Medicine Physicians from around the area for a $50 Donation to the Athletic Training Program at CHS.

Getting this physical will prepare your son/daughter for the 2019-2020 sports seasons and eliminate the paperwork headache during tryouts! The 5:30pm time slot has been filled, but we still have openings for 6:00pm, 6:30pm, 7:00pm, and 7:30pm. Register by clicking the link below!

Hosting this event is our Athletic Training Program’s only fundraiser for the year. Without your support we would not be able to provide the services that we do for our student-athletes! We thank you in advance!
