Attention all Charger Swim and Dive team members.  Thank you to all of you that came by and turned in your bags and warm ups last week as scheduled.  We are still missing items from quite a few of you.  This Wednesday 3/18, will be your last chance to turn in your bag and warm ups.  Please make sure to turn everything in to Coach Scott at 3pm.

The VHSL State Swim and Dive Championships will be held at the GMU Freedom Center (10900 University Blvd.  Manassas, VA 20110)

Friday-prelims, warm ups begin at 2pm.  Competition will start at 4pm

Saturday-finals, warm ups begin at 2:30 and competition will start at 4:30pm

The Charger Swim and Dive Team competed in the Northern Region Championship meet this past weekend.  Several school records were broken in the process, and Matt Benecki defended his title of Region Champion in the 500 free, breaking his own record from a year ago.

The boys team finished an impressive 7th, and the girls finished 5th overall.

It was a great meet and you all did a wonderful job...now on to states!

Congratulations to the Chantilly Swim and Dive Team on breaking 6 team records so far this year.
