We will meet each Tuesday and Thursday from 6-7 pm in the weight room unless school is closed.  All in season athletes are excused.  Please bring the proper shoes to run outside.

To celebrate the Boys Lacrosse State Championship, Chantilly will hold a brief celebration to present their rings during halftime of the Herndon home football game.
