Varsity Baseball will tryout tomorrow at 2:30 in the gym. Tryouts will conclude by 4:00 with cuts to follow. Each player will meet with the coaching staff following tryouts. Thank you to the players and parents for your flexibility with our tryouts. We appreciate everyone's efforts to make it to the different times and places.

Due to the inclement weather and our shortage of facilities, tryout schedule for Wednesday and Thursday is as follows:

Wednesday- 9th and 10th Graders 3:00-4:30 at Rip City - 42680 Trade W Dr, Sterling, VA 20166                                Varsity Players 2:30-4:30 in the gym

Thursday - Varsity Players 3:00-4:30 at Rip City - 42680 Trade W Dr, Sterling, VA 20166

                   9th and 10th Graders 6:00-7:30 PM in the Wrestling Room.

Pitchers and Catchers should report at 6:00 AM in the Gym on Tuesday.

All players should report after school on Tuesday for tryouts from 2:30-4:30.

Wednesday's tryout times will be posted ASAP.

Due to the conditions and tryout space, Baseball Tryouts have been moved to 2:30 on Monday.  Tryouts will start at 2:30 on Monday and go till roughly 6:00.  Please plan ahead.

Also, all forms were due on Friday 2/21.  As of 9 AM, I currently have 25 total people that have their physical, Emergency Care Card and Concussion Ed completed by both student and parent.

All players interested in trying out for the JV or Varsity baseball team this spring should attend the Baseball Tryout Meeting on Thursday Feb. 6 at 2:15 in the cafeteria.  Tryout information including forms, times, format and expectations will be discussed.  Anyone not able to attend should see Coach Ford.

There will be a parent meeting on Wednesday Nov. 20th at 7:00 in the Lecture Hall for all parents of students interested in trying out for the baseball team in the spring.  This will be an informational meeting covering topics including the coaching staff, off season workouts, paperwork, tryouts and the spring schedule.  All parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.  Please help by notifying other parents of the meeting.  Thanks.
