We will be offering a middle school volleyball camp for players ages 9-14. All camp staff are current or former CHS coaches and/or players. 

When: Monday, July 23 - Thursday, July 26

Time: 9AM - 2:30PM

Location: Chantilly High School

Cost: $165/camper

The Chantilly High School Athletic Training Department will be offering a sports physical at Chantilly High School on Monday, June 4th, 2017. 

This physical will be good for all sports and out of season practices (green days, yellow days, and weight room workouts) for the 2018-2019 school year.  This event is a fundraiser for the Chantilly High School Athletic Training Program and goes to support the athletes at Chantilly High School.  The cost of the physical is $50 when you register online, $60 for walk-ins.

Tryouts for the Fall 2018 Volleyball team are currently planned during the week of July 30th through August 3rd, 2018. This is the ONLY week that tryouts are held. July 30th is reserved for turning in the mandatory paperwork (see below). Players cannot participate in tryouts until all of their paperwork is acceptable. If by chance you cannot be here on the 30th, you can bring your paperwork on July 31st, but if your paperwork is not correct, the student will not be allowed to participate. Please note that at this time some forms are not yet available for the 2018-2019 school year. We will post the links or forms as they become available. 

The paperwork you will need is:

Concussion Education: a parent AND the player MUST take the FCPS online Concussion Education program. A link will be provided to the FCPS website when it becomes available.

VHSL Physical: 

The physical must be completed by the student's physician on or after May 1, 2018. It will then be valid through June 30, 2019 and covers all sports. The athletic trainers at Chantilly HS will host a pre-participation Screening on June 8, 2018. Cost is $50 pre-registered /$60 walk-ins with all proceeds benefiting our Athletic Traning Program. Emergency Care Card: Each student will need to complete an emergency care form

Extra Curricular Participation Policy: Each student and parent will sing a pledge to adhere to the stated expectations of behavior.
