Wed - 10/12- Practice 4:30 - 6:30

?Fri - 10/14- Season is over - practice for those who got pulled up to Varsity!

10/17 - 10/22  - Uniform Turn-In one day this week - TBA. Reminder to please sell ALL Haunted House Tickets and SIGN UP for Volunteering at Haunted House.

Tryouts will begin on August 1st at 7am!

We will have two sessions a day and tryouts usually last about a week -  

Morning Session: 7-8:30am (conditioning/fitness)

Afternoon Session: 6-9pm (Stick skills, drills, footwork, scrimmages)

*In order to be eligible to participate in tryouts you will need to have completed the following items:

1. VHSL Physical Form

2. Emergency Care Card

3. Concussion Ed by BOTH Parent and Student : www.fcps.edu/sports (click on concussion education parents and students, then theres a link for each the parent and the student.)

4. Extra Curricular participation policy

(If these items are not completed and turned in the student will not be aloud to participate until we have the completed forms)

We will continue two sessions a day with the possibility of modification during the remaining weeks in August until school starts. 

For planning purposes tryouts begin August 1 2016. Please check back for more details as we get closer to that date!!
