Important Questions
Please email, text, or call me with the following information:
- Does Sam, Hadley, or Sean need rides to Hayfield on Tuesday and/or Wednesday?
- What are the plans of each parent/family for departure on Thursday? Do the 3 boys want to ride with parents or with coaches? We should leave around 8AM on Thursday morning.
- Would each family be willing to spend $300 for the beach house this weekend? Information is below.
Beach House
We will be staying at "Hawaiian Palace" the address is 2768 Sandfiddler Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23456. It's 38 minutes from Oscar Smith High School. The house is beautiful, right on the beach, with 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. I will NOT be taking extra "non-qualifier" wrestlers this year. I believe Chantilly's Activities Director will cover part of the cost of the house. We will use the wrestling account to cover part as well. - Conditioning and Yoga 3:30PM to 5:30PM
- Tuesday, February 14
- 2:55PM to 3:25PM Wrestlers should get treatment at Chantilly High School immediately after school (if needed). Be on time to practice at Hayfield. Please let me know if you need a ride to Hayfield.
- 4PM to 6PM Practice at Hayfield. Please let me know if you need a ride to Hayfield.
- Wednesday, February 15
- 2:55PM to 3:25PM Wrestlers should get treatment at Chantilly High School immediately after school (if needed). Be on time to practice at Hayfield. Please let me know if you need a ride to Hayfield.
- 4PM to 6PM Practice at Hayfield. Please let me know if you need a ride to Hayfield.
- Thursday, February 16
- Each family, please let me know your plan for departure. I can drive all three wrestlers OR wrestlers can ride with parents. I would suggest leaving early for states, around 8AM to be safe. The drive may be close to 4 hours. We can meet at the beach house first.

- 4PM Coaches Meeting
- 5PM Weigh-In (Scratch +2)

- 6AM Wake-Up
- 6:30AM Wrestlers depart for Oscar Smith High School

- 1PM 1st Round Consolations

- 6:30AM Wake-Up
