Parents and Wrestlers,
Many of Chantilly's wrestlers competed for Dulles Mat Club at the Ashburn Wrestling Club Duals yesterday at Broad Run High School. It was a great opportunity for live wrestling. I'm proud of the guys that competed! Keep getting pre-season matches!
THIS SATURDAY - Virginia Wrestling Fall Training Day at the University of Virginia
Saturday, October 1st - This two session training day will be run by the UVA coaching staff as well as the Cavalier Wrestling Club's Regional Training Center Staff. Steve Garland, Jordan Leen, Keith Gavin, Shelton Mack, and Frankie Perrelli are excited to work with some of VA's best. Come learn from one of the best staffs in the country.
Planned schedule:
11am-1pm Warm up w/ Technique & position review followed by combative drilling
1pm-2pm Lunch Break
2pm-4pm Live session consisting of scenarios and matches
