Dear Chargers,

This is a friendly reminder of our cross country pre-season meeting tomorrow morning, (Saturday, 7/28) at 11 am in the CHS Auditorium.  It is expected that all team members attend, along with at least one parent.

We will go over team rules and FCPS Extra Curricular Policies.  I will also give out the final pre-season/regular season schedule.  In addition, I will be collecting ALL final paperwork, prior to our first practice on Monday.

It is expected that all team members have all their paperwork submitted when you leave tomorrow (including the Team Bible & FCPS Extracurricular Forms, which I will be distributing tomorrow).  I would ask all team members to check the updated Forms List, to double check what they may be missing. Our first practice is on Monday, at 5:53 am.  Please be advised that no one will be trying out who does not have ALL of their paperwork submitted on time (tomorrow).

Also, there are a few people who turned in their physicals, but were missing minor info (a signature or two). They should see me tomorrow to complete/correct their physicals.
