Three District Champions! Tenaglia, Martiny, Cabe Lead Charger Wrestlers

Chantilly HS hosted its first Concorde District Championships this past weekend, ending the night a perfect 3-3 in the finals. Lloyd Tenaglia opened with an exciting second period pin over a talented Westfield opponent. Next up was Ian Martiny, who had already beaten the #1 seed at his weight in Friday night's semi-final ,had another upset in him, beating the #2 in an exciting matchup. HWT Chris Cabe finished the evening's event with an 8-7 win,scoring the go-ahead point with 8 seconds to go. Joining them at Regionals will be Pat Lewia, Dan Doocy, Stephen Cobb,and Jack Carlson who all placed top 4 in the District.
