TOMORROW!! 12/6 Chantilly Cheer is hosting an Open Gym at Phoenix Elite! 

ALL those who are interested in trying out next season are invited to attend. You do NOT have to be a current Chantilly cheerleader to attend! Rising 8th, 9th and above are welcome! 

2019 Season Athletes NEED to be in attendance tomorrow 6 pm to 8 pm!

Cost: FREE for those already on a Phoenix Elite Team!

 $15.00 for those not on a Phoenix Elite All Star Team!

Open Gym Practice Schedule 12/6:

6pm to 6:15 - Arrival of Athletes - Stretching on your own!

6:15 to 6:30 Jumps! Warm up!

6:30 to 6:45 Tumbling Line Warm up!

6:45 to 7:15 Free Tumbling - corner tumbling and standing tumbling

7:15 to 7:30 Basic Stunting warm up! We will set stunt groups based on attendance!

7:30 to 8 one leg body positions followed by TWISTING ELEMENTS full ups, 1.5 ups, and high to high full around (based on level of athletes on attendance!)

THE MORE OF YOU WHO COME, THE MORE WE CAN DO! BRING A FRIEND WHO MAY BE INTERESTED IN CHEER!

We will be keeping an attendance list of those who attend!

Phoenix Elite is hosting an on going cheer class on Tuesday's beginning December 3rd from 4:30pm to 6:00 pm.  All ages, boys and girls are welcome if they are attending or will be attending Chantilly High School and are interested in cheering for Chantilly High School.   This is only for current or future Chantilly Students! 

$70.00 per month, per 4 classes! Do not hesitate to work on your tumbling and stunting skills in the off season! Go Chargers! 

We are so proud of our Varsity Charger Cheerleaders on their 2nd place finish at State Finals! The first time in 10 years that Chantilly Cheer has made it to the State Finals and the only team in their division to hit with zero deductions!  What a wonderful fall 2019 season!

Head to Jersey Mikes in Fair Lakes between 11 am and 4 pm on Saturday November 2nd! Mention the CHS Cheer program and 25% comes back to our program!  Come out Saturday for good food and help Chantilly Cheer Power to States!

TRYOUT PAPER WORK TURN IN on Friday August 2nd in Main Gym Lobby from 11:00 am to 2:00pm - you can turn in all paperwork to the Athletic Office BEFORE August 5th. ALL paperwork must be turned in BEFORE Tryouts.

Chantilly Cheerleading: Important Summer Dates!

June

June 8^th:  Cheer Camp for rising 9^th through 12^th graders. $15.00 for 3 hours of instruction! 9 am to 12 pm – It is highly suggested that your child attends this camp if he/she is interested in Chantilly Cheer!

June 15^th:  Coaches Summer Clinic at Washington and Lee High School. Attendance will help you better prepare for tryouts in August! Come see your Charger Coaches!

July

July 20^th: Summer Coaches Clinic at Washington and Lee High School.  Coach Lauren will be working the Washington and Lee Coaches clinic! Come out and work on perfecting the skills you wish to throw at tryouts!

August

August 2^nd: TRYOUT REGISTRATION PAPERWORK DROP OFF:  Time TBD and will be posted on the Chantilly Cheer Website – come make sure you are all set with your fall registration paperwork. Meet the staff as well!

August 5^th through 7^th: TRYOUTS and the official start to the Fall Sports Season!

August 8^th: Program wide parents meeting to discuss specific dates for the upcoming season! Time TBD.

August 9^th: Candle Lighting Ceremony – Varsity only Team Bonding Event at Football Field at 9 pm.

August 10^th: CHEER PROGRAM CAR WASH at Exxon Station! ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY 10:00 am to 3:00 pm!

August 16^th and 17^th: MANDATORY VARISTY CHOREOGRAPHY! Times TBD
