Congrats to the entire gymnastics squad for a great showing in their last regular season meet held on Wednesday, January 25 in a 6-team competition. Junior, Sonia Spiewak had an outstanding night of competition with some wonderful performances, taking 2nd place amongst a field of 14 all-around gymnasts. The team has been making great improvements over the season and could now make the district title a rather interestingly close competition between Robinson and Herndon. Other Charger all-arounds, Lauren Heimstra, Emily Laiti, and Ashvita Vadicheria along with various members of the squad also contributed to a very strong team total. The gymnasts now target the District competition to be held on Wednesday, Feb. 1st @ Centreville HS-6:00. Congrats to the entire squad and best wishes for continued success!
