The following dates have been confirmed for joint training sessions at Word of Grace (13832 Redskin Dr) in Herndon, VA. Please take advantage of this opportunity to be coached by our high school coaches (all will be in attendance to teach the game of lacrosse) to better prepare you for the season. While these are not mandatory they are highly encouraged.
- 25 September Sunday 7 pm - 8:30 pm
- 2 October Sunday 7 pm - 8:30 pm
- 15 October Saturday 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm
- 30 October Sunday 7 pm - 8:30 pm
Please bring all safety equipment and water.
