Chantilly High School Sports Physical Registration- More Spots opened!
The first step to participate in any preseason or afterschool athletic event is completing a VHSL Sports Physical (https://www.vhsl.org/vhsl-physical-form/). The Chantilly High School Athletic Training Department has opened 25 more appointment spots for their Physical Night on Thursday, June 2nd, 2022.
