After 8 days and 42 holes of golf the Concorde Conference 5 Golf Tournament has finally come to a conclusion.  Due to the fact that the 2nd place teams (Oakton and Centreville) and 3 individuals were tied for the Individual Championship after 36 holes of golf the tournament needed to hold a sudden death playoff.  And with darkness and rain upon the tournament after the 36 holes, the playoff was scheduled for 3:48 on Tuesday September 30 at Pleasant Valley.  It took only 1 hole to determine that Oakton would claim 2nd place and move on to the Region Tournament.  After the 1 hole, it was time for the individuals to have their playoff.   Starting on Hole #2, Vishal Giri (Chantilly), Sam Jung (Chantilly), and Yoojin Kim (Centreville) began their sudden death playoff.  In the end, after the 5th playoff hole, Sam Jung won the Individual Championship, Yoojin Kim was runner up and Vishal Giri placed 3rd.  Here are the totals from the tournament.
